Your dental or orthodontic office provides the clinical records and prescription. They can partner with the lab, then we can review a replacement request.
Your prescribing clinician must assess whether current records are needed. A checkbox or previous order does not establish clinical suitability.
Patient requests are quoted individually after review. The quote identifies appliance quantities, any included working-model work, shipping and tax. You approve the quote before payment. Office wholesale fees are separate.
No. Guest access uses a secure email link. Necessary request, authorization, payment and production records are retained; guest ordering does not mean that no records are stored.
No. The public QR opens this page and contains no patient details. A request remains pending until records, authorization, quote acceptance and payment are confirmed.
The lab confirms timing after reviewing your request. Shipping confirmation is sent after actual dispatch. No delivery date is promised before review.
